Hi, I am Cammie Bigham, a licensed REALTOR®️ serving buyers and sellers throughout Spokane and Eastern Washington. Originally from Northern California, I have called Spokane home since 2005. After more than 20 years here, I have come to appreciate everything that makes this area special—from its powerful sense of community and distinct neighborhoods to the incredible access to the outdoors.

Before real estate, I spent 12 years in banking, working across a variety of departments and gaining a strong understanding of the financial side of major life decisions. When I transitioned into real estate in 2019, that experience came with me. Today, I use it to help my clients understand not just the home in front of them, but the bigger picture—market conditions, value, negotiations, timelines, and the details that go into making a confident real estate decision.

Over the years, my business has also developed a meaningful focus on divorce real estate. I earned my Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE®️) designation in 2021 and have continued advanced training in this specialized area. I provide collaborative support to attorneys, mediators, and their clients, serving the parties as an unbiased neutral in divorce cases involving real property. My role is to help mitigate conflict, promote judicial economy, and ensure the attorneys and parties have the necessary real estate information to make informed decisions regarding the property.

Staying connected and educated within this specialized area is important to me. I have served on the leadership team of the Ilumni Institute, first as an Advisor mentoring other CDRE®️ professionals and, more recently, as the Learn & Launch Director, supporting newly trained CDREs as they bring their education into practice. Remaining actively engaged in the divorce real estate community allows me to continue learning, collaborating, and strengthening the level of service I bring to the families and professionals I work with.

That specialized work has also strengthened the way I serve all my clients—with clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and an understanding that there is often much more behind a move than the transaction itself.

Community is equally important to me. I currently serve on the Executive Board of Inland Empire Legal Aid and have been involved with organizations including the Women’s Council of REALTORS®️, Free Rein Therapeutic Riding Center, and my children’s PTA. I believe being a REALTOR®️ is about more than knowing the market—it is about knowing and investing in the community you serve.

Outside of real estate, I am a wife and mom of two boys, and you will usually find me camping, cooking, traveling, or spending time on the water with my family.

Whether you’re buying your first home, preparing for your next chapter, selling a longtime property, or navigating real estate during a major life transition, my goal is simple: to help you make informed real estate decisions with clarity and confidence—and ultimately, find your way home.
